The congress package payment must be deposited in TL to the specified TL Bank Account, according to the TCMB Foreign Exchange Sales Rate on the payment date. Payments from abroad can be made in EURO. You can contact us for payments from abroad. Registration/accommodation cancellation and refund applications are valid until 20.10.2025. After this date, only name changes can be made.

Hotel Check-out: Until 12:00 on November 23, 2025.
AIRPORT - HOTEL TRANSFER
National Milk Summit participants will be able to benefit from airport-hotel, hotel-airport transfers, which will be organized at certain times on the check-in and check-out days, free of charge. In order to create transfer times and benefit from free transfers, your flight, arrival and departure times must be sent to the phone and e-mail addresses in the contact section at least 15 days before the Summit date. Transfer times will be announced in the coming period.
